The local, handy Staff are always super helpful and friendly. They are taking good precautions with covid while maintaining a really high level of service and a a high range of materials. Good products knowledge, my favorite tool store in Putney. Excellent service!

Never a picture. Always waiting for image. I mean how long does it take to get a photo of a piece of wood. How many pieces are in a pack. Is an item a pack price, or its it gilded. No way to find anything about delivery service, other than you might provide one. Please do some basic maintenance or your site. Or shut it down. In this state it would be more helpful to have a 404 or a link to a splash saying we are stuck in 1985 and too stupid to use this new fangled Internet thing-a-me-bob. Please go analog and phone the store.
